13 December 2004 Merry Christmas, Daisy...
Dear Daisy,
I wish I could be there for your first Christmas, but I know that Momma Cathie has you well spoiled...I mean, taken care of, along with your brothers and sisters. I could, of course, tell which one was you by the hats... Your Daddy says to tell you not to worry, he doesn't allow such foolishness done to his "girls." Your sister Jeany says not to worry, because even though I like such foolishness and have put hats on her before, she knows how to eat them and will be glad to teach you. I'm hoping that Santa will be good to you, little girl, until Mommy and Daddy can spoil you rotten. Maybe he wasn't looking when you made that unladylike yet perfect face for the camera? Doesn't matter though, who couldn't look at that face and not want to shower it with kisses? Anyway...be a good girl, Daisy, and kiss Momma Cathie all over the face for letting me be your next Mommy. We love you!!!
